Over time, the natural repetition of extreme heat and extreme
cold can stress the seal in your windows, ultimately leading to
leaks and allowing moisture to build up between the two panes of
glass.
Thermo-Klear, using a process of drilling, spraying and venting,
can eliminate this unsightly moisture, improving your view and
protecting your investment.
The restoration work is done on the outside pane
of glass and takes 30 - 45 minutes per window. After the window
"surgery" the healing process can take from 3 to 10 weeks for
the space between the glass to dry out. Once dry the serviced
sealed unit gets a 20 year warranty.

Most service work can be done on the day
that the estimate is done. Otherwise we are usually looking at
at three to five days to schedule work.

Replace the GLASS, not the WINDOW
If the seal in your windows is too far gone,
we can replace the sealed unit rather than the entire window.
Replacement sealed units come with a
standard five-year manufacturer's warranty but will typically
last 15 to 18 years before moisture becomes visible.
