Here are some of the questions we are commonly asked
How
does it work?
When radiant energy such as sunlight hits a
curing window, our Defogger Vent becomes active. Moisture in the
chamber between the panes of glass turns to vapour and is vented
through it. In a very short period, all moisture is expelled
from the window. Once cured, your window not only looks great,
it now supports the natural cycle of evaporation.
What types of windows can be repaired?
Any thermal pane window can be repaired with our
unique process. We have both Commercial and Residential clients.
What does it cost?
Each job is different but in every case our
process is less expensive than window replacement. Larger
windows will save as much as 50% over the replacement. We'd be
happy to provide a no obligation quote ... and we can probably
complete your job on the same day!
How long is the job guaranteed?
We back all of our work with a 20 year warranty.
We will install a new valve if water droplets
appear between the glass window panes of a serviced window
within the twenty (20) year warranty period.
We will replace your window if breakage should
occur during the Thermo Klear installation.
On initial window servicing, if water persists
between the window panes more than twelve weeks after the Thermo Klear installation we offer a 75% value credit towards the
purchase and installation of a new sealed unit.
What is the effect on my windows R-Value? Our
unique process quickly removes moisture from failed thermal pane
widows, protects against damage and permanently recovers the
insulating R-Value. Are there any
Environmental Concerns? No - that's one of the
great things about our process. Because we fix your window,
there's no glass to remove, transport or dispose of. Glass NEVER
breaks down in landfill. What area do you
cover? We are based in London Ontario and serve
commercial and residential clients in the surrounding area
including Strathroy, St. Thomas, Dorchester, Komoka, Thorndale,
Thamesford, Ingersoll, Woodstock and St. Mary's. |
